Learning Organization

A Learning Organization is one in which BC Forest Service staff are personally committed to a culture of Corporate Learning, Business Improvement and Knowledge Sharing.

Organizational Development Branch is also committed to a Learning Organization culture and is able to support the broad goals inherent to a high performing and learning organization.

Key results of a successful Learning Organization include understanding, supporting and practicing ongoing individual and corporate learning.

The Forest Service recognizes itself as a Learning Organization and will strive to strengthen this culture as we continuously learn, innovate and adapt in today’s complex, dynamic and globally competitive business environment.
