Learning Organization


A Learning Organization is one in which BC Forest Service staff are personally committed to a culture of Corporate Learning, Business Improvement and Knowledge Sharing.

Organizational Development Branch is also committed to a Learning Organization culture and is able to support the broad goals inherent to a high performing and learning organization.
