Recycle: Use the paper, glass and aluminium recycling bins in your community.

Save water: Turn off the water when brushing your teeth, shaving or washing the dishes. Fill the sink with water as opposed to letting the facet run.

Preserve aquatic life: Maintain the balance of the food chain by using low-phosphate or phosphate-free soaps.

Remember Canada’s Park Day – July 20 and Earth Day - April 22.

Remember, you don’t know all the answers. Ask for help with jobs you dislike and find support from others.

Try out new interests. Use this time to explore all kinds of interests. Volunteer in your community. You may find hidden talents and gain work-related skills.

Encourage laughter to reduce stress at your workplace.

Practice grace under pressure.

You can't have environmental wellness without physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual wellness too.  It's a package deal.
