Our team supports the work of the BC Forest Service throughout British
Columbia by helping the organization develop leaders, plan its future
workforce and maintain workplace wellness. To support the Forest Service
in achieving its Service Plan goals, Organizational Development Branch
collaborates with all divisions of the ministry. We focus on the
following key areas:
