The Range Program Strategy Project was initiated to:

• Address the multiple legislative and organizational changes which have impacted
  the Range Program over the last fifteen years; and,
• To build a common vision, mission and sense of a continuous
  strategic planning culture for the Range Program.

Strategy Development Process:

• Diagnostic survey and interview: June 2007
• Range Program Design Team Meetings: September 2007- January 2008
• Consultations with program staff and stakeholders: October 2007– January 2008
• Executive Approval In Principle: February 2008
• Implementation and Tactical Planning: May 2008 - February 2009
• Implementation: May 2008 - December 2009
• Implementation Evaluation: February 2010
