This Phase of the SDLC defines exactly who, when and how the project will be carried out. This Phase will take the deliverable from the previous Phase (Project Charter and Draft Project Plan), expand on the high-level project outline and provide a specific and detailed project plan. This Phase is the first activity of the project after obtaining approval and funding to proceed.
