This module has two parts.

Making A Declaration
This first part is for licensee and ministry staff who need to make milestone declarations.

Removing A Declaration
This second part is for District Managers and their designates who can remove a declaration by "removing" its date. An activity for the entire module is also included as a module wrap-up. So try your hand at it!
