Training for RESULTS is offered through three methods: on-line tutorials, virtual classrooms, and scheduled face-to-face sessions.
On-line tutorials provide a high level overview for those who are new to RESULTS and need a general overview of the application components.
Virtual classrooms are regularly offered using Learnlinc.
RESULTS courses are organized by business modules. Individuals can
take courses in their area of interest. Courses are 1.5 hours in
duration and are a combination of PowerPoint slide presentations
and application demonstrations. Opportunities are available for
users to ask questions and also share ideas with colleagues. For
those who cannot attend, session recordings are available for
viewing (see below). Note
that in many of the modules, the handouts (PDF or Word documents)
are comprehensive business/application documents that serve as a
good reference source.
To view course schedules and course availability and to register
for RESULTS training courses, go to the MoFR Learning Store. Select the topic 'RESULTS Training'
and click the Search button.
To view the Learnlinc Recordings, you will need to download the
Learnlinc Player.
You will also need a workstation with sound and a headset or
speakers to listen to the recording.
- Face-to-face sessions are offered periodically. These are
based on any major application developments and/or special needs
identified by operational, regional and/or headquarters level. When
these are offered, they will be communicated through Application
Updates and then registration would be done through the MoFR Learning Store.
Archived training materials can be found here.
