| Data Clean-up Reports |
| DAT001-Silviculture Openings with
Missing NAR, Regen or Late FG Year |
Identifies Openings with Standards
Units which have missing net area to be reforested, regeneration or
late free growing years, which are core information used for
monitoring basic silviculture obligations. |
| DAT002-Silviculture Openings with
Harvest Start Date and ATU but No Forest Cover |
Identifies Openings that had
disturbance reported but do not contain any forest cover submission
(xml & gml). Forest cover submission is required to verify
amount of NSR and level of stocking. Forest Cover information is
also used for forest inventory update. |
| Data Download Reports |
| Biological Regeneration Delay |
This report is designed to be a CSV
extract only. This report provides a consistent methodology to
generate achieved biological date based on either the submission of
planting information or forest cover submission for natural
regenerated area. This would be considered the "biological"
regeneration delay which is different than a "regeneration
declaration" which is a legal maximum limit. This report provides a
consistent methodology in determining the "biological regeneration"
that can be used for the Timber Supply Review process. Since this
report is by opening, it can be summarized in any forest analysis
unit required |
| RDD001-Opening Report |

This report produces a summary of the
tree species and seedlot planted based on the parameters specified
by the user. Note that the TREATMENT_AREA (planted area) is
provided in the report, but is repeated for each of the different
species planted within the same area. As such, care must be taken
if summarizing area planted from this report to avoid replication
of areas. If you are interested in only a summary of areas, use the
Activity Report. This report contains no formatting and is designed
to be in CSV format that is easily downloaded into MS Excel or MS
Access. |

This report produces a detailed
listing of all forest cover layers with lead species, total stems
and well-spaced stems per hectare. Note that inventory and
silviculture label for the same polygon will be represented as a
row each. As such, care must be taken when summarizing areas from
this report to avoid duplication of multiple rows. This report
contains no formatting and is designed to be in CSV format that is
easily downloaded into MS Excel or MS Access. |
| RDD010-Forest Cover Layer Species

| Key Performance Indicator
Reports |
| % Permanent Access Structures - Summary Report
(for KOI Reporting) |
This report calculates the total area
removed from the productive landbase for permanent access
structures (PAS) summarized by region, by province with an average
within a user-specified timeframe. The PAS is divided against all
other reported areas within forest cover submission for the
opening. Permanent Access Structures is one of the key performance
indicators for the Ministry's Service Plan. |
| Achievement of Ministry Free Growing Obligations
Under Forest Stand Management Fund |
This report summaries areas managed
under the Forest Stand Management Fund with details on the number
of openings, standards units, net area to be reforested and how
much have achieved free growing by harvest year. This report is one
of the key performance indicators for the Ministry's Service
Plan. |
| Changes in Not Satisfactorily Restocked Crown
Land |
This report can be run for the
province, region, district, TSO, client, management unit, and/or
licence for a specified time range. This report provides a summary
of the total areas that are NSR (not satisfactorily restocked) with
details on where the additions and reduction in areas are
attributed from. When run by province and by fiscal year, it serves
as one of the key performance indicators for the Ministry's Service
Plan. |
| Milestone Reports |
| DAT00016-Declared Free Growing Stands
with General Forest Cover Information |
List all SU based on combinations of
late free growing due dates, declaration indicator, or received
dates. Users can also limit the report based on district, client
number, licence, opening category and/or biogeoclimatic
zone/subzone. The report shows baseline due, declared and received
date information along with basic forest cover polygon information
such as polygon ID, area and stocking status. Note that forest
cover polygon uses SU Id linkages where possible; otherwise, all
forest cover polygons are compared against all reported standards
unit. This report can run as either .pdf or .csv format. |
| DAT00017-Declared Free Growing Stands
with Detailed Standards and Forest Cover Information |
List all SU based on combinations of
late free growing due dates, declaration indicator, or received
dates. Users can also limit the report based on district, client
number, licence, opening category and/or biogeoclimatic
zone/subzone. The report shows baseline due, declared and received
date information along with detailed standards units stocking
standards and forest cover polygon information such as polygon ID,
area, stocking status, layer, densities and associated species.
Note that forest cover polygon uses SU Id linkages where possible;
otherwise, all forest cover polygons are compared against all
reported standards unit. This report can run as either .pdf or .csv
format. |
| DAT004-Max Density Exceeded |
Identifies those forest cover polygons
where the total stems per hectare exceeds the maximum coniferous
stems per hectare. Note that forest cover polygon SU link is used
where available. When no polygon SU cross reference exists, then
the smallest maximum coniferous is used in the comparison. |
| ISSAWM01-Free Growing Report |
This report provides a summary of all
openings that have free growing due or free growing declared based
on the specified year ranges entered by the user. This report is
useful for identifying the total population of blocks for
inspection purposes. To ensure that the total population is
selected do not use the Free Growing Declared Indicator. However,
if you wish to narrow your report for a specific purpose, enter Y
if you are interested in SUs that have been declared, or N if you
are interested in SUs that not been declared. |
| ISSAWM01-Regeneration Report |
This report provides a summary of all
openings that have regeneration due or regeneration declared based
on the specified year ranges entered by the user. This report is
useful for identifying the total population of blocks for
inspection purposes. To ensure that the total population is
selected do not use the Regeneration Declared Indicator. However,
if you wish to narrow your report for a specific purpose, enter Y
if you are interested in SUs that have been declared, or N if you
are interested in SUs that have not been declared. |
| RDD0011-Milestone Report |
This report produces a summary of all
standards units with regeneration and free growing milestone with
combinations of due, declared and received date ranges. You can
differentiate the milestone of interest via SILV_MILESTONE_CODE
(PH, RG, FG). This report contains no formatting and is designed to
be in CSV format that is easily downloaded into MS Excel or MS
Access. |
| Opening Inquiry Reports |
| % Permanent Access Structures - Opening
Report |
This report calculates the total area
removed from the productive landbase for permanent access
structures (PAS) for each opening. PAS is reported as NP UNN
(Non-productive unnatural) areas in forest cover. The PAS is
divided against all other reported areas within forest cover
submission for the opening. This report is designed so that users
can specify their own PAS % limit to report. |
| ISSAGM01-Opening Details Report |
This report provides all information
that is entered for each opening specified by the user. Use caution
when running this report since broad parameters will yield a large
number of pages. |
| RDD001-Opening Report |
This report produces a detailed
listing of all openings within the user-specified criteria.
Information includes general opening information, tenure type and
previous stand label. This report contains no formatting and is
designed to be in CSV format that is easily downloaded into MS
Excel or MS Access. |
| Wildlife Tree Retention |
Minimum wildlife tree retention (WTR)
thresholds are detailed in the legislation. This report calculates
all continuous types of reserves within the opening. Percent of
area attributed to WTR are the sum of those forest cover polygons
that have been identified as either "W"-Wildlife Tree Patch or
"R"-Riparian divided by the total forest cover area. Note that
there is no calculation of dispersed reserve types at this time.
This report is designed to indicate those openings that have less
than a certain tolerance % by opening, as specified by user. In
addition, this report can be run by district, TSO, management unit,
client and licence. |
| Standards and Approvals
Reports |
| Amendment Status Report (and Variance Status
Report) |
This report tracks the status of the
submitted amendment request. Information regarding the amendment
status, amended fields (old and new values), and any added details
about the amendment such as rejection notice can be printed so that
licensees have a record of what is current in RESULTS. This report
is of particular use to trace back the history of original
standards in case an amendment was rejected. This report enables
licensees to get a self-serve synopsis of their amendment status
for one or multiple openings. Note that this report can be very
detailed. Therefore, users are encouraged to be as specific when
possible to reduce the amount of page outputs (eg. by specific time
frame, by client/licensee, status). |
| RDD012-FDS&FSP Standards
Report |
This report prints out standards under
a FDP or FSP in either a .pdf or .csv format. This report can also
be used to track the status of standards submissions and see other
standards that are currently being used for similar BEC to assist
with the development of FSP standards. Once standards are approved,
licensees can used their standards_regime_id to link these
standards to standards units under the .xml submission without
having to submit their ecology or full stocking standards; these
can be derived using the standards_regime_id. |
