Forest Tenure Submissions Support

 

Please follow the steps below when you encounter a problem with forest tenure submissions.

  1. Review the ESF Questions & Answers web page to determine if your question has already been answered.

  2. Ask your co-workers if they have experienced the problem before and what they did to resolve it.

  3. Contact your district ESF contact for FTA. A list is provided in Excel format at http://www.for.gov.bc.ca/his/esf/ESF_FTA_RESULTS_Contact_List.xls.

  4. Contact the Business Application Service Section (BASS). Please include the application name somewhere in the subject line so it will be sorted into the appropriate help folder.
