This web page contains the user guides describing the procedures for completing the major business processes supported by the FSP Tracking System. The guides contain detailed information on data entry, processing, reporting and tips and techniques for using the application.
The information contained within these guides may change based on experience and issues identified/resolved. Please check this website on a regular basis to ensure you are using the most recent version of the user guide.

ESF Submission Guide for FSP Submissions
An FSP submission guide containing specifications for preparing an XML/GML file to submit FSP information to the FSP Tracking System through the Electronic Submission Framework (ESF) is available on this website. To view this guide, press on the "Technical Specifications" link in the left navigation bar. Press on the "FSP" link in the left panel and follow the link to "Online Tech Specs". In the right panel, press on the document labelled "FSP ESF Submission Guide" in the section titled "Linked Documentation".
FSP Review Checklist
The FSP Review Checklist can be used by the FSP lead to check the completeness of an FSP submission, or amendment. The checklist contains a list of items to confirm have been submitted to ensure the integrity and quality of data in the FSP Tracking System.
Provincial FSP Business Process Workflows
Illustrations summarizing how to use the FSP Tracking System to prepare and submit an FSP along with review, approve and amend an FSP. These workflows are based on feedback from the FSPTS District Contact training delivered between November, 2008 and March 2009.
