This web page contains the user guides describing the procedures for completing
the major business processes supported by the FSP Tracking System. The guides
contain detailed information on data entry, processing, reporting and tips and
techniques for using the application. The information contained within these
guides may change based on experience and issues identified/resolved. Please
check this website on a regular basis to ensure you are using the most recent
version of the user guide.

ESF Submission Guide for FSP Submissions
An FSP submission guide containing specifications for preparing an XML/GML
file to submit FSP information to the FSP Tracking System through the Electronic
Submission Framework (ESF) is available on this website. To view this guide,
press on the "Technical Specifications" link in the left navigation bar. Press
on the "FSP" link in the left panel and follow the link to "Online Tech Specs".
