Tips and Techniques for Submitting Stocking Standards for an FSP

This webpage provides common tips and issues faced by users entering stocking standards for an FSP into to the FSP Tracking System. More information on these tips and techniques can be found in the Submitting an FSP User Guide.

  1. Submit via ESF

The easiest and most efficient way for licensees/BCTS to submit their stocking standards is through the Electronic Submission Framework (e.g., by using your internal applications to generate the XML/GML file). If you don’t have the resources to generate an XML/GML file, you can enter the stocking standards directly into the FSP Tracking System. See the Submitting an FSP User Guide for more information.

Stocking standards for FSPs should no longer be entered into RESULTS. They will be automatically approved and passed to the RESULTS application once the corresponding FSP is marked as approved in the FSP Tracking System.

If entering your stocking standards directly into the FSP Tracking System (via the Stocking Standards tab), retain the plan in “draft” status until all the stocking standards are entered (e.g., do no submit the FSP until all stocking standards are entered). Once the FSP is submitted, you will not be able to make any further changes/additions to it.
