If you are submitting an FSP, or an amendment to an FSP, you should consider the
following reference and support tools—listed in order of increasing detail.
These tools can also be obtained through the left navigation bar of this
webpage. This section is designed for use by industry and BCTS personnel submitting an
FSP and/or an amendment.Tips and Techniques

or an amendment to an approved FSP.
Quick Reference Card
The quick reference card labelled “FSP Submission and Amendment” illustrates the
major steps to follow in submitting an FSP or amendment.

The activities labeled “Submit

FSP” provide hands-on skills in using the application (in the MFR test
environment) to prepare and submit an FSP and/or amendment. Download and unzip
the file containing instructions and data to conduct the activity.

and examples.
Questions and Answers
The Questions and Answers section lists answers to frequently asked questions

Online Help
The application online help provides screen specific information on validation
rules and mandatory fields for submitting FSPs or amendments. Press “Help” in
the top right menu bar of the FSP Tracking System to access the online help.
