Support and Communication Processes


The following support options are available to ADAM users. These support options are also accessible from within the ADAM application.

Self Help

Help Documentation
A robust On-Line Help system will be available to users to immediately assist themselves with their support needs. An off-line, printable version of the help will also be available.

Training Materials
Training materials will also be available for users to review on their own or for organizations to use to conduct their own in-house training sessions.

Support Contacts

If users require additional support they can contact the following 1st level support contacts. The 1st level support contact will raise issues to the 2nd level support as necessary.
