Steps in Ordering Field Cards

1) Go to the forms ordering site (on the public MoF website and click on Forms on the left hand side):
http://www.for.gov.bc.ca/pscripts/isb/forms/forms.asp

2) Enter the card # in FORM # OR NAME, that you want to order and click Search. To view the form or to print a copy, click on PDF

3) To order packages of cards, click on OPC (meaning Office Product Centre) and follow the instructions. There are 4 options:

a) Order on-line following the links if you are already set-up with an account;
b) Order by phone at 250-952-4460 or toll free at 1-800-282-7955;
c) Order by fax at 250-952-4431;
d) Order by email at  mailto:OPCCustomerSer@gov.bc.ca
