Quality Management is an integrative management practice that produces excellent results every time by meeting or exceeding stakeholders and public expectations.
Quality Management in FREP requires that excellence and quality be embedded in everything we do. Quality is not an additional step of control or inspection, but an integral part of our daily practices and work. Quality Management reinforces the goals and objectives of FREP and RSM.
