Abstract

A Roosevelt elk (Cervus elaphus roosevelti) population was studied near Campbell River, B.C., from April 1981 through June 1984. Thirty-one elk were radio-collared, including 24 adult cows, 2 yearling bulls, 3 adult bulls, and 2 calves.
