Abstract

In the early 1990's, Forestry Canada, Pacific and Yukon Region, embarked on a series of changes that would better position us to address the new issues facing the forest sector. Resulting in the development of the Forest Ecosystem Dynamics Program. This document summarizes the work completed up to the full-scale review, and presents the recommendations of the review panel.
