Note:
BKP = bleached kraft paper
BCTMP = bleached chemical thermo-mechanical pulp
TMP = thermo-mechanical pulp
Capacities are estimates for 1993. In the case of integrated mills, pulp capacity includes both pulp used internally to produce paper and market pulp (if any) shipped from the mill site as pulp.
