- Quick Search
The 'Quick Search' capability from the title bar is designed to
search (from any page) for EFP products by title and description. By clicking on 'MoF' you
expand your keyword search to include all Ministry of Forests documents.
- Advanced Search
The 'Advanced Search' capability allows you to order your search
results alphabetically by title or chronologically by posted date. In addition, you can
further limit your search by 'posted date'.
Using Keywords Effectively
By entering keyword(s) in the Search Text field, you can retrieve items whose Document
Title or Description contains those words.
By entering more than one keyword in the Search Text field you will retrieve all items
containing any or all of the keywords entered. To retrieve documents containing all
keywords, separate a string of keywords with 'AND'. To retrieve documents containing any
but not all keywords (see example below), use 'OR' to separate the keywords.
To search for phrases, such as all or part of a title, place double quotes around those
words to be treated as a phrase. To search for multiple phrases, place quotes around each
phrase.
Using Dates
By selecting a Starting Date (Month and Year), you will be able to search for
all items posted on or after that date.
By selecting a Ending Date (Month andYear), you will be able to search for all
items posted before that date.
Entering information into these fields will not affect subsequent searches.
