Delegation of Minister's Powers and Duties

The following matrices list those Minister's powers and duties under the Forest Act and its regulations, the Forest and Range Practices Act and its regulations, the Range Act and the Wildfire Act and its regulations that have been delegated. Further delegations will be made to reflect amendments to these Acts as required.

The delegation matrices are provided for information purposes only and may change at any time, without notice. Delegation of an authority does not necessarily preclude the Minister of Forests from exercising that authority.

Although every effort has been made to keep the delegation matrices current, they may not reflect all of the delegations made to date by the Minister.
