Deliverables must conform to the Data Submission Standards for Closed Bottom Culvert Assessment.

Construction Inspection / Construction Conformance
Upon completion of the construction work, the Recipient must submit all supporting documentation, as indicated in the standard, to the MFR District Office.
Additionally, for Forest Service Roads (FSR), the results of post-construction inspection must be submitted to the MFR District Office.
Completed and signed Project Completion Statement to the MFR District Office and fiaa@ca.pwc.com.
Statement of Construction Conformance and a Crossing Assurance Statement to the MFR District Office and fiaa@ca.pwc.com.
