Eligible activities for Woodlot Licence and Community Forest Agreement tenure holders under the FIA Land Base Investment Program for 2008/09

Under the five LBIP component areas, FIA funding will be available for the following array of activities, with specific eligibility and requirements noted for either Woodlot Licence and/or Community Forest Agreement tenures.

Note: Eligibility for the “Ecosystem Restoration Plans” activity will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

    Note: New projects under the "Terrestrial Ecosystem Mapping" will be deferred pending additional guidelines for this activity
  • Forest Dynamics and Decision Support (except “ Timber Supply Analysis”)
  • Resource Inventories including a new activity area for “Community Forest Inventory VRI Phase I” ( and except for “Vegetation Resources Inventory”)
