Mark-Site Designation

In submitting this request,

1.	It is an offence to transport timber other than to the place it is required to be sent for scaling.
2.	Timber transport may not commence until this scale site designation agreement has been approved by a ministry official. Submit one (1) week prior to hauling.
3.	Timber marking and transport must comply with the Timber Marking and Transportation Regulation.
4.	This agreement does not constitute an approval to harvest timber.
