50 (1) |
A regional manager, district manager or forest officer authorized by either of them may enter into an agreement in the form of a Christmas tree permit that | |
| (a) | authorizes the permittee to harvest or grow and harvest Christmas trees on Crown land, | |
| (b) | requires the payment of the deposits and fees prescribed by the minister, and | |
| (c) | includes other terms and conditions, consistent with the Act and the regulations, the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia Act and the regulations and the standards made under that Act, as determined by the regional manager, district manager or forest officer authorized by either of them. | |

(2) |
For the purposes of this section, the minister may prescribe different deposits and different rates or amounts of fees. | |
