Cabin Rules and Etiquette

  • Cabins / huts are available for public use by reservation only

  • Reservations are required for use.

  • Commercial recreation use in NOT permitted

  • All facilities are user-maintained.  Keep it clean and pack out garbage and food

  • Be very frugal with firewood - re-supplying is costly

  • No wood stove use between June 1st and September 15th except Olive Hut for the period of July 1st to September 1st

  • Outside fires are not allowed

Each facility has:

  • heating stove

  • firewood

  • cooking / eating / kitchen utensils

  • chairs / table and sink

  • white gas or propane cook stove

  • bunks and foam mattresses

  • Coleman lantern

Users must supply:

  • dish cloths / towels

  • white gas or propane for use in provided stoves

  • detergent

  • toilet paper

  • All users are requested to note the number in their party and number of days at the facility in the registration book.
