Characteristics
and
Description
|
This trail is built on a portion of an old trail which used to run up West Kokanee Creek. The
trail is moderately difficult due to some continuous steep sections, although the trail is well
defined and suitable for most abilities. Features of the trail include bird viewing in a beetle-killed
pine snag stand, and interesting views of the creeks and a natural landslide. The primary activities
are hiking and wildlife viewing. The trail is a return loop.
