Access

From Creston, head north on highway #3A for 35.0 km to the Sanca Creek Road.
"OR" From Kootenay Bay head south on highway #3A for 45.0 km to the Sanca Creek road.
Follow
the Sanca Creek Road, keeping left for 14.0 km. Turn left just before the bridge crossing at Sherman
Creek. Stay on this road for 2.5 km and follow it to the point where the road crosses the creek. The
trail begins here. All roads require 2wd high clearance vehicles.

This 4.0 km trail leads to a beautiful sub-alpine lake. The site offers primitive
camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, and nature study opportunities. |
