Access

From the community of Sanca, head south on highway #3A. 100m before the Sanca Creek
Bridge on highway #3A, turn left onto the Sanca Creek Road. Travel to the end of this road (about
18.0 km) to the trailhead. This road is suitable for 2wd high clearance vehicles. NOTE: The last
kilometer of the road is fairly rough.

Trail
|
This is a moderate trail through a sub-alpine forest linking Sanca and Meachen
Creek. Branch trails lead to the Haystack Alpine Recreation Area, Meachen Lake, White Grouse Mtn,
and to Kianuko Creek Trail. This area provides good opportunities for multi-circuit hikes, alpine
fishing, easy access to ridges, and camping. |
