Expectations that Affect the Management of Public Forest and Range Lands in
BC is now available in five sections for ease of use. This paper looks both
within and outside the statutory framework, and at the various ways
decisions and practices can be evaluated.

selection of practices that deliver planned outcomes.

- May 3, 2004 - The Minister of Water Land and Air Protection established a
"category of
species at risk" by order made under section 11(1) of FRPA's Government
Actions Regulation. This category of species at risk represents those species that
may be affected by forest or range management on Crown land and are listed by the
Committee on the Status of Endangered Wildlife in Canada (COSEWIC).
