Condition
Given the C&E for Agencies Workshop, C&E Booklet, copy
of the Acts and regulations and access to other reference material
on the FRPA Training Website.
Standard
Explain,
to a peer, what is changing in the way they conduct their day-to-day
activities (and why) through the implementation of FRPA.

Target
Audience
- Compliance and enforcement personnel from all resource agencies.
- Delegated Decision Maker (DDM) in all resource agencies.

Training
Components
- C&E for Agencies Workshop--a one-day workshop
involving presentations and discussions. The module will be delivered
to large audiences of typically 50-75+ participants on a regional
basis;
- C&E Booklet-for use in sessions and ongoing reference
material. Booklet will summarize FRPA and associated regulations
applicable to compliance and enforcement.

Pre-requisites
- Have an understanding of the changes introduced through
the Forest and Range Practices Act-through participation
in the Overview Session or review of the corresponding recorded
presentations and print material on the training website;
and
- Working knowledge of the compliance and enforcement regime
under the Forest Practices Code.

Deliverables
- Facilitator's Guide containing speaker notes, overheads
and other information to conduct the session;
- C&E Booklet.

Delivery -
Workshop
This workshop delivered 4 times using two instructors
with combined experience in C&E activities and knowledge
of C&E requirements in FRPA and associated regulations.
Equipment requirements to deliver this module include the following.
- Room size-target 50-75+ participants in attendance; and
- Projection equipment-LCD projector and sound equipment to
project images and sound.
