This amendment incorporates the amended Central and North Coast Order, and the amended results
and strategies are consistent with the established objectives in the Central and North Coast Order
to the extent practical. In addition, the amended objectives in the Central and North Coast
Order were themselves subject to public and First Nations review prior to the Order being established.

The term of BCTS North Coast FSP Amendment #2 is five years from date of approval, June 8, 2010. Any further development taking place within entire BCTS North Coast business area must be carried out in accordance with the approved FSP Amendment #2.
