BCTS assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the data shown on this site. Timber data is provided by the oil and gas Company making the timber and associated works available for bidding and it is their responsibility to ensure its accuracy.
BCTS does not make the final decision as to the award of the timber. The award of the timber is the sole responsibility of the oil and gas company making the timber and associated works available.
BCTS does not enforce or assume any of the responsibility for any of the site conditions either pre or post harvest. Enforcement of agreements rests solely on the oil and gas company offering the timber and associated works.
BCTS will charge a fee equal to the greater of $50.00 or 10% of the total value of the timber successfully sold by this website. For offerings where no agreement is made for the timber and associated works advertised, no fee will be charged
BCTS assumes no silviculture liabilities for any worksites offered on this website

Oil & Gas Company Caveats:

The oil and gas company is under no obligation to take the highest bidder for any offering of timber and associated works.
The oil and gas company is under no obligation to enter into any agreement with bidders should the bid price be unacceptable to the company offering the timber and associated works.

Where an agreement is reached between the bidder and the company offering the timber and associated works, the two parties must enter into a contract and the bidder is then responsible to meet the company requirements as to pre and post harvest site conditions.

Fill form out completely. Incomplete forms may not be processed
E-mail the completed form to BCTS.oilandgaswoodbidder@sp2010.gov.bc.ca prior to the expiry date and time in the opportunities table

To add an opportunity to the above table:

Download the Oil and Gas Timber Information Sheet
Fill form out completely and add a 1:10,000 and a 1:50,000 .pdf map to the information package to be submitted. Incomplete forms or missing maps will result in less information being provided to the potential bidder or the package not being uploaded.
E-mail the completed form and all other information (maps, etc) to BCTS.oilandgaswoodbidder@sp2010.gov.bc.ca and your information will be added either in the business day it arrives in (if during office hours of 0800 to 1630 PST) or by 1000 hours PST the next business day.
