Terms and ConditionsThe District Manager may require that tenures include an approved tenure management plan to ensure that the range resource is protected. Tenures will normally be issued on the basis of appurtenant lands. Tenures are issued subject to any other terms and conditions the Regional Manager or Minister considers appropriate. Integrated Resource ManagementAdministration of tenures will reflect integrated resource management priorities where considered appropriate by the Ministry planning process. References
