"Regional manager" means the Ministry of Forests regional manager.
"Designated environment official" means the BC Environment regional water manager, at the time of publication.
The district manager may also require that gullies in interior watersheds, particularly in community watersheds in the "interior wet belt," have gully assessments.
Community watershed maps are available through the Hydrology Branch and water management regional offices, Ministry of Environment, Lands and Parks, and at most Ministry of Forests district offices.
The range use plan must prescribe the levels of use for key plant indicator species. Plant community objectives must be consistent with the target conditions above.
The grazng schedule should allow periods of rest during times of critical plant growth and regrowth.
