the former three regions. Details of projects shown
here have been moved from their original regional
web sites. As a result, there may be a few
inconsistencies.
The Forest Science Program is responsible for
hundreds of research installations across the
Southern Interior. These range from silviculture
trials to watershed studies. Neither sufficient
funds, nor staff, are available to manage and
maintain a full program with all these trials,
so we plan and focus our research efforts on
about 40 high priority-projects.
