Crown Land Policies
The Province of British Columbia operates within a framework of policies that govern the disposition, administration and management of Crown land. The policies are developed in consultation with other provincial agencies and stakeholder groups.
In developing policies to assist staff, stakeholders and the public, the policies establish principles on land use, allocation, tenure term, pricing and all other aspects associated with Crown land.
