Remanufacturer Re-certification Process - 2007
For companies that applied and received certification
from the Ministry of Forests and Range prior to November 24, 2006, we
will be sending updated certification letters in
preparation for Canada Revenue Agency's annual re-certification process (as
long as your company still meets the criteria of not holding Crown tenure
rights nor has acquired standing timber from the Crown). If your
mailing address has changed please notify Linda Jakubowski immediately at
the email address below.
You should receive your new provincial certification
letter via mail at the end of August/beginning of September 2007.
We expect Canada Revenue Agency to provide further
guidelines on their website shortly.
For companies that applied after November 24, 2006
and would like to be re-certified:

To apply for provincial re-certification that a company
does not hold Crown tenure rights in
respect of timber in British Columbia, please send the legal company name and contact information
